Abstract: The invention is to provide a data processing system and a method for establishing and processing an online transaction account based on transaction awards obtained by a person and offered by an issuer. The online transaction account is capable of storing tokens used over a network. An exchanging rule is previously provided and defines exchange between the transaction awards and the tokens. The system according to the invention includes a receiving module, an inquiring module and a processing module. The receiving module is for receiving a request information from the person. The request information indicates request of establishing the online transaction account and exchanging a predetermined amount of transaction awards within the transaction awards obtained by the person into tokens. The inquiring module is for generating an inquiry information based on the request information, and transmitting the inquiry information to the issuer.

The person has a communication device, e.g., telephone, mobile phone, personal digital assistance and notebook, etc. The system includes a receiving module, an inquiring module and a processing module. The receiving module is for receiving a request information representing the request from the person and generating an inquiry information responsive to the request information. The request information includes a communication number associated with the communication device. The inquiring module is for receiving the inquiry information from the receiving module and the communication number, and according to the communication number, transmitting the inquiry information to the communication device to contact the person.

Abstract: The present invention provides a data processing system for managing and securing a transaction information via a third party. The transaction information comprises a first information associated with a seller and a second information associated with a buyer. The system comprises a first and a second processing apparatuses operated by the third party and the seller, respectively. The first processing apparatus is used for encrypting the second information based on the first information to generate an encrypted second information, and transmitting the first information and the encrypted second information. The second processing apparatus links to the first processing apparatus, stores the first information and the encrypted second information transmitted from the first processing apparatus, and transmits the first information and the encrypted second information back to the first processing apparatus when the seller requests to check the transaction.
