Patent number: 8981799Abstract: A first resistor, a second resistor, a transistor, and a third resistor connected in series between a ground potential and an output terminal of a power circuit are provided. In addition, a current-detecting resistor is inserted in series between a high-voltage site and an output terminal of a power circuit that supplies a predetermined direct voltage to the high-voltage site. A differential amplifier controls a current flowing through the transistor so that a potential difference generated between both ends of the third resistor becomes proportional to a potential difference generated between both ends of the current-detecting resistor. At this point, by measuring the voltage of a connection node of the first resistor and the second resistor, the value of a current flowing through the high-voltage site can be calculated from the measured value.Type: GrantFiled: November 23, 2009Date of Patent: March 17, 2015Assignee: Netcomsec Co.LtdInventor: Yukihira Nakazato

Patent number: 7800311Abstract: At the time of restoration of the power supply after a power failure, a voltage higher than that in the normal operation mode is supplied to a heater. After a lapse of a predetermined time, the voltage to be supplied to the heater is switched into the voltage in the normal operation mode while a control signal for stating the operation of an electron tube is output. Alternatively, at the time of power activation, the rate of change of current flowing through a heater is determined for every period of time. When the rate of change becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold, a voltage higher than that in the normal operation mode is supplied to the heater, and after a lapse of a predetermined time, the voltage to be supplied to the heater is switched into the voltage in the normal operation mode while a control signal for stating the operation of the electron tube is output.Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 2008Date of Patent: September 21, 2010Assignee: Netcomsec Co. Patent number: 7228311Abstract: A method for creating and an apparatus for creating a four-dimensional or higher table. A dimension number m and an order n are set, and a permutation of a symbol of n elements and a selecting sequence in accordance with this permutation are determined and set. When one of the n symbols is set as an array element at table position, this setting is started from a first position of all reference axes, and is successively performed to a final position of all the reference axes, and at each position, a symbol unique to each axis direction is selected in the selecting sequence, and at each position of the table, the substitution of a selectable symbol lower in the selecting sequence than the symbol of the determined array element at a position one before an arbitrary position is performed and selection determination is continued.Type: GrantFiled: March 10, 2004Date of Patent: June 5, 2007Assignee: Netcomsec Co., Ltd.Inventor: Toru Ito

Patent number: 6731754Abstract: The secrecy security of coded data can be improved markedly by making it possible to freely vary, within a plurality of natural numbers, the values as the result of coding and decoding operations by a converter using a feedback coding method. As a digital information secrecy security system, the proposed coding method employs a feedback coding method, wherein a Latin square composed of a plurality of natural numbers is used for operation in a converter component of coder and decoder. An initial value IV is set for each of coder and decoder. A preceding coded signal is used as a feedback signal and a feedforward signal for enabling natural numbers to be used as the result of coding, thereby markedly improving the secrecy security of coded signal.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 1999Date of Patent: May 4, 2004Assignee: Netcomsec Co., Ltd.Inventor: Toru Ito
