Abstract: Gear drive (1), for example, a planetary gear drive, having a housing (2) and at least one shaft (4), for example, an output shaft leading through the housing wall (3) toward the outside. For equalization of pressure, a pressure-equalization chamber (5) is positioned in the interior of the shaft (4) and/or a drive part (6) associated therewith and is connected, on the one hand, with the interior of gear drive (1) and, on the other hand, with the external atmosphere, for example, via a borehole (11) running through shaft (4) so that the shaft (4), which has to pass through the housing (2) of the gear drive (1), is employed in equalization of pressure. Located in the pressure-equalization chamber (5) is a membrane (7) that is deformable via pressure differentials. The membrane separates and seals the external atmosphere and the interior of the gear drive from each other.

Abstract: A connection belonging to a rotary drive or rotary driven connection of a slotted hollow shaft (1), a hollow axle or sleeve with a counterpart, namely a motor shaft. (3), fitting into and engaging in a slotted and hollow region (2), or region (2) having a bore hole, has at least one clamping or tightening element (5). The tightening element (5) is adjustable with respect to its inner diameter enclosing the slotted region (2), generally with a tightening screw (8), for clamping the slotted region (2) with the engaging counterpart. The slot(s) (9) of the slotted region (2) are here closed at both ends so that, in the region of the end face (10) of the hollow shaft (1) or the like, a closed and consequently stabilizing annular area runs, in particular uninterrupted.

Abstract: An epicyclic roller gear (100) has two rings (1 and 4) provided with an inner profile. One ring (1) is fixed and the other ring (4) is parallel or coaxial to the first ring (1) and is rotatably mounted with respect thereto. The number of teeth on the two rings is different. Both rings (1 and 4) have at least two parallel internal profiles (1.1, 1.2, 4.1 and 4.2) which are offset in the circumferential direction by a fraction of the pitch of the profile or teeth. When each ring has two mutually offset internal profiles, they are mutually offset by half the pitch of the teeth, so that in this case the gaps of the one tooth system are occupied by the teeth of the second, adjacent tooth system. This results in a high contact ratio with the corresponding complementary profiles of a rolling element, preferably a roller carrier (5) with rotatable rollers which roll in the gaps between the teeth of the internal profiles.
