Abstract: A brain therapy system and method using noninvasive brain stimulation, comprising: a stimuli generator unit for generating a stimuli presentation program; a sensor assembly comprising a plurality of active EEG electrodes for measuring the electrophysiological activity of a patient's brain subjected to said stimuli presentation program; a data acquisition unit in communication with the sensor assembly for retrieving patient EEG signals; a data processing unit in communication with the data acquisition unit for: analyzing the patient EEG signals to obtain patient EEG data, and comparing the patient EEG data against a normalized EEG pattern retrieved from a standardized database; selecting a stimulation protocol in dependence of said comparison; a brain stimulation unit for applying the selected stimulation protocol on the active EEG electrodes.
