The system includes; a waste loading module (30), a shredding module (33), an injection module (34), a first combustion chamber (40), a second combustion chamber (50), a first cooling module (60), an electrostatic module (701), a reducing catalyst module (70), an oxidizing catalyst module (80), a liquid filtering module (90), a neutralization module (100) and a second cooling module (101).
