    Abstract: The technology disclosed relates to patch antennas and methods of using a patch antenna. In particular, it relates to using a rectangular or square ring radiator and a pair of rectangular ring resonators in a patch antenna. The designs and methods described can, for instance, be applied to communications at about 698 to 746 MHz or 746 to 806 MHz, in a frequency range such as 698-806 MHz.
