    Abstract: A wound clip includes a base member having a thickened head portion from which tines extend and a lateral bridging member which slides in a housing. The housing also has tines and incorporates a locking member which is selectively locked in place by being inserted in a selective one of a plurality of aligned detents in the bridging member.
