    Abstract: An interconnected chassis includes a mounting plate including a spring engaging tab. A cover plate includes a recessed spring retention wall. A lower cam has a lower pivot axis. An upper cam has an upper pivot axis. A slide plate is positioned between the mounting plate and the cover plate, the slide plate having a spring retention slot and a spring support ledge. The slide plate includes a first end having a pivot feature and a second end having a lower cam engagement member for engaging the lower cam. A spring is positioned in the spring retention slot of the slide plate and in the recessed spring retention wall of the cover plate, and between the spring engaging tab of the mounting plate and the spring support ledge of the slide plate. A toggle is pivotably coupled to the slide plate by the pivot feature, the toggle having a head portion positioned to engage the upper cam.

    Abstract: A clip for attaching a second member such as an insulator to a first member such as a car body, includes a first clip component attached to the first member and a second clip component working with the first clip component to support the second member. The first clip component has a flange for contacting the first member, a leg extending from the flange for insertion into a mounting hole in the first member, and a shank extending from the flange in a direction opposite to the leg for engaging the second clip component. The second clip component has a flange for contacting the second member, a tube for receiving the shank, and pawls inside the tube. The end of the shank has a portion for engaging the pawls to clamp the second member between the flanges.

    Abstract: A rekeyable lock cylinder includes a cylinder body with a plug body and carrier sub-assembly disposed therein. The plug body includes a plurality of spring-loaded pins and the carrier assembly includes a plurality of racks for engaging the pins to operate the lock cylinder. The racks and pins move in a transverse direction, in response to insertion of a first valid key into the lock cylinder, to unlock the lock cylinder. The carrier moves in a longitudinal direction, in response to insertion of a tool in a tool-receiving aperture, from an operating position to a rekeying position. In the rekeying position, the racks are disengaged from the pins and a second valid key can replace the first valid key. Rotation of the plug body from the rekeying position with the second valid key in the lock cylinder obsoletes the first valid key.

The wall surrounding the second bore segment forms a plastically deformable region of the shank, and has an outer surface with the shape of a regular polygonal, in particular hexagonal, prism. To achieve a uniform and tightly sealing contact of the flange with the part accommodating the blind rivet nut, the wall thickness of the deformable region in the thinnest places is 4% to 6% of the least outside diameter of the deformable region.

Further, a corresponding welding apparatus having such a hand welding device and a welding gauge fastened to the part, is proposed. Here the positioning means are offset to the rear relative to the anterior end of the holding means, so that the positioning means are suitable for being supported on the welding gauge to maintain the predetermined distance. For this purpose, a vertically adjustable stop is provided on a welding gauge according to the invention.
