  • Patent number: 7581954
Abstract: A firearms training simulator provides recoil simulating the recoil of a conventional firearm. The valve assembly provides consistent rearward gas pressure for generating recoil. Preferred embodiments of the firearms training simulator may include a means for adjusting the amount of recoil provided. A trigger mechanism permitting semi-automatic operation, or full automatic operation at a user selectable cyclic rate, is provided. The firearms training simulator further provides a laser emitter structured to emit a laser substantially along the same path as a bullet fired from a conventional firearm having the same configuration as the simulator.

  • Patent number: 6959518
Abstract: The invention concerns a rail section for false stretched fabric partitions, said section (3) comprising at least a groove (10) defined by two lateral walls (5, 7) and a base wall (6), said groove (10) being designed to contain at least an edge of the stretched fabric (1) after it has been mounted into the rail (3), said section being in one single piece and comprising a joint (12) for retaining the edge of the stretched fabric (1) in said groove (10), said joint (12) being made of a material having a flexibility different from that of the material constituting the walls (5, 6, 7) of said groove (10). The invention also concerns false stretched fabric partitions, such as false ceilings or false walls, said fabrics being stretched in a frame obtained by assembling such sections.

  • Patent number: 6951680
Abstract: Prefabricated bondable flexible polymer material in thin sheet, slab, or panel form for making tensioned structures such as false ceilings in particular, said mono- or multilayer material such as plasticized PVC, for example, carrying a direct ink jet or silkscreen print of at least one design of shapes and dimensions that are predetermined once the material is under tension; making a tensioned structure such as a tensioned false ceiling, in particular, from such a material, by means of a first step of selecting the type, dimensions, and dispositions of the mono- or polychromatic designs to be printed, said designs being digitized and recorded in a computer memory of a system for controlling a printing machine, printing optionally being performed on a plurality of bonded-together strips of material, and in particular over zones of edge-to-edge bonding between the strips, said printing taking place before or after bonding.

  • Patent number: 5178191
Abstract: A fluid module for a fluid control apparatus which has an internal fluid operated diaphragm which will permit the manifolding of several modules together. Each of the modules is of the same configuration and is interconnected to a common main fluid supply source. The modular units are plugged together using couplings with the main fluid source piped only to one device with an internal fluid passage delivering the fluid to all of the modular units. The modular units can be connected in a series or parallel combination with respect to signalling fluids. The modular units eliminate the cost of interconnecting different units at a variety of locations with different couplings as well as independently supplying each unit with a supply fluid.

  • Patent number: 4793744
Abstract: A field type granular fertilizer applicator includes a mixing unit for putting the fertilizer into the air carrier medium stream for conveying it to a plurality of applicator knives. The mixing unit includes a passageway between the inlet and the outlet which has a 180.degree. curve with an alternate path that returns to the inlet thereby providing a 360.degree. turn. The granular material is fed into the mixer unit at the approximate radius of curvature center for the curved passageway. The centrifugal movement of the air produces a vacuum at the radius of curvature center allowing for gentle acceleration of the granular material.
