Abstract: Disclosed are a method for editing a motion picture, a terminal for same, and a recording medium. The method for editing a motion picture in a portable terminal having a touch screen and a motion picture editing unit according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a) a step of executing the motion picture editing unit to display a user interface (UI) including a motion picture display region, a progress bar and a clip display region via the touch screen; b) a step of displaying the motion picture to be edited onto the motion picture display region and selecting a start frame and a final frame from among the motion pictures to be edited so as to generate a clip including the frames in the selected region; and c) a step of displaying the generated clip onto the clip display region, and performing at least one motion picture editing by performing clip copy by means of a clip unit, clip order change or clip deletion.
