  • Patent number: 12128139
Abstract: The present invention relates to microparticles that can be used as drug-loaded hydrogel particles for embolization and a method for manufacturing same. The microparticles of the present invention have a very excellent anticancer agent adsorption ability, a short anticancer agent adsorption time, and a controllable decomposition time when administered in vivo. Therefore, when the microparticles of the present invention are used in chemoembolization, not only the anticancer effect is excellent, but also side effects can be minimized.

  • Patent number: 10463811
Abstract: The present invention provides a 2-way air flow type dispenser for spraying powder and a powder sprayer including the same. The present invention adopts a 2-way air flow manner in which an air flow causing the powder to be sprayed and an air flow causing the powder to be transferred from a container to a spraying nozzle are separately formed, thereby enabling the smooth spraying of the powder.

  • Patent number: 10441686
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stent having a functional material coated on a cell space (safe coating space) thereof. The stent of the present invention, as a stent having a space for mounting and coating drugs and other materials for expanding the functions of the stent, is highly feasible as an actual product in consideration of the structure, transfer device, and manufacturing process of the stent as a whole, and secures a coating space (safe coating space) of a functional material in a cell of the stent through quantitative and qualitative modelling. Since an additional increase in volume does not occur even when the stent is press-mounted in a transfer device as a result of mounting a radio marker or a drug in the coating space, the stent of the present invention has excellent radio opacity without obstructing the loading and deployment of the stent, and may stably mount a great amount of a functional drug.

  • Publication number: 20190282382
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wire-mesh stent having a radius of the outmost boundary defined by the following Formula 1 and consisting of a combination of a hook and a cross, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for patterning a multi-alterable structure thereof: Rob=Rtb/(COS(180/Nxo))??Formula 1 The present disclosure microscopically analyzes and quantifies a basic structure of a wire-mesh stent from a viewpoint of integrating, rather than separating, a stent and a delivery device which are main components of a stent system, especially in order to ensure the loadability that can be applied to the delivery device, which is a practical necessity. Moreover, the present disclosure forms a multi-alterable structure pattern that is transformable to various application structures in order to realize a required specific performance, instead of one specific stent structure.
