Abstract: Stored trial information is accessed. A privileged document list is obtained identifying a selected set of the plurality of documents including documents identified as privileged. An unselected set is identified including documents not belonging to the selected set. A plurality of context triggered piecewise hashes is generated. At least one match likelihood value is calculated between the at least one document of the selected set and the at least one document of the unselected set based on the plurality of context triggered piecewise hashes. At least one potentially privileged document is identified in the unselected set based on the at least one match likelihood value with at least one document from the selected set. At least one of the at least one potentially privileged document is added to the privileged document list. Documents excluded from the modified privileged document list are prepared for transfer.
