The bone fixation plate includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a third plate portion. The first plate portion includes at least one screw hole for receiving a first bone screw. The second plate portion includes at least one slot for receiving a second bone screw. The third plate portion is positioned adjacent to the first and second plate portions and is configured to guide bone cutting A method of altering a bone using the bone fixation devices and plates is also disclosed.
