Patents Assigned to Nidec Pigeon Corporation
  • Patent number: 7925040
Abstract: A speaker may include a center pole and a voice coil bobbin having a bobbin that may include nonmagnetic and electric conductor layers and insulator layers disposed between the electric conductor layers. An electrostatic capacity, which is formed between the center pole and the voice coil bobbin, is detected and outputted as an electrical signal.

  • Patent number: 7890965
Abstract: A disk carrying device including a transporting roller for carrying a disk, a turntable and a clamper for holding the disk, a trigger plate moved by carrying of the disk to a chucking position for changing a transmission route of driving force from the transporting roller to a cam plate, a first biasing means for urging the trigger plate to a position before moving, a guide base for pressing the disk on the transporting roller, an arm roller disposed on an opposite side of the guide base with respect to the transporting roller so as to move the guide base apart from the transporting roller, and a second biasing means disposed between the guide base and the arm roller. The second biasing means is extended when the disk is present between the guide base and the transporting roller and generates urging force pulling the guide base to the transporting roller.

  • Patent number: 7864976
Abstract: A speaker may include a voice coil bobbin and a center pole. The voice coil bobbin may include a nonmetallic pipe body as a base of the voice coil bobbin, a first nonmagnetic and electric conductor film which is formed on an inner peripheral face of the pipe body, and a second electric conductor film which is formed on an outer peripheral face of the pipe body such that the first electric conductor film is covered by the second electric conductor film through the pipe body. An electrostatic capacity that is formed between the voice coil bobbin and the center pole is detected and outputted as an electric signal.

  • Patent number: 7792318
Abstract: A speaker may include a center pole, a voice coil bobbin having a nonmetallic pipe body, and a first and a second electrodes which are provided on an inner peripheral face of the pipe body for detecting an electrostatic capacity. The first and the second electrodes are disposed so as to be separated from each other with a predetermined space along an axial direction of the center pole. Further, a stepped portion may be formed in the side circumferential face of the center pole such that, when the voice coil bobbin is operated, a first facing area of the first electrode to the side circumferential face defined by the stepped portion of the center pole increases while a second facing area of the second electrode to the side circumferential face defined by the stepped portion of the center pole decreases by a same amount as an increased amount of the first facing area.

  • Publication number: 20100211965
Abstract: A clamp structure in a disk playing device is structured so that a clamper and a turntable are magnetically coupled to each other to sandwich a disk and that one of the clamper and the turntable is separated from the other to release magnetic coupling and detach the disk. The clamp structure may include a disk stopper for supporting the disk when, for example, the turntable is to be separated from the clamper to prevent the disk and the clamper from following and moving together with the turntable. The disk stopper may be disposed so as to face a non-recording area except a recording area of the disk and the disk stopper may be structured by utilizing a part of a chassis or a feeding roller for feeding the disk.

  • Patent number: 7353523
Abstract: A disk guide device for use with different diameter disks is disclosed. The disk guide device may include a transporting roller for transporting a disk to a chucking position, a pair of detection arms capable of abutting with a periphery of an inserted disk, a biasing member that urges the detection arms in a closing direction, a guide lever have a stopper part an turnable around an axis that is parallel to a face of the inserted disk and perpendicular to a transport direction of the disk; a stopper retreating mechanism which turns the guide lever, and a lock part for maintaining the guide lever in a state where the stopper part is protruded in the disk playing space.

  • Patent number: 7272838
Abstract: A disk player device including a disk slot for inserting a disk, a disk playing space provided in an inner side of disk slot, and a turntable and a clamper for disk which are movable between a retreated position retreated from a disk play position and a disk holding position. The disk slot is formed at a position which is deviated in the direction of a disk rotation shaft from the disk play position in the disk playing space. The disk inserted obliquely into the disk slot is carried obliquely toward the disk play position and, at disk play position, the disk is held by the turntable and the clamper in the disk playing space, thereby the inclination of the disk is cancelled to set the disk in a play attitude.
