Abstract: An embodiment provides a device for covering a food product during cooking, including: a main body including a flexible material and having a thickness dimension, wherein the thickness dimension is less than ten millimeters, wherein the flexible material includes silicon; at least one protrusion on the main body protruding in a parallel direction with the thickness dimension of the main body, wherein the at least one protrusion includes a ball portion and a stem portion, wherein the ball portion is located on top of the stem portion and wherein the ball portion has a greater diameter than the stem portion; at least one receiving portion within the main body for receiving the at least one protrusion and having a diameter at least equal to the diameter of the stem portion of the protrusion; and at least one opening within the main body.
Abstract: A multi-directional movement countertop appliance rolling tray that includes a support surface, at least one high friction support, at least one first multi-directional low friction moving device and a movement lever. The support surface has a front edge, a back edge, a first side edge and a second side edge that extend there around. The at least one high friction support is proximate the front edge of the support surface. The movement lever is operably mounted with respect to the support surface. The at least one first multi-directional low friction moving device is rotatably mounted to the movement lever. The movement lever is movable between a first position and a second position. When the movement lever is in the second position, a lower surface of the first multi-directional low friction moving device extends further from the support surface than a lower surface of the at least one high friction support.
Abstract: A countertop appliance rolling tray that includes a support surface, at least one first low friction moving device, at least one high friction support and a movement lever. The support surface has a front edge, a back edge, a first side edge and a second side edge that extend there around. An aperture is formed in the support surface. The at least one first low friction moving device is proximate the back edge of the support surface. The at least one high friction support is proximate the front edge of the support surface. The movement lever is operably mounted with respect to the support surface so that the movement lever is operable through the aperture. The movement lever includes at least one second low friction moving device. The movement lever is movable between a first position and a second position. When the movement lever is in the second position, a lower surface of the second low friction moving device is lower than a lower surface of the at least one high friction support.
Abstract: A multi-purpose handheld tool including a handle, a hatchet head portion, a saw blade and a saw blade control mechanism. The handle has a first end and a second end. The handle has a slot formed therein. The hatchet head portion is operatively coupled to the first end of the handle. The saw blade is pivotally coupled to the handle. The saw blade control mechanism pivots the saw blade between a storage configuration and a use configuration. The saw blade control mechanism includes a saw control handle and a saw control hub. The saw control handle has a gripping extension extending therefrom. The gripping extension indicates a direction of the saw blade with respect to the handle. The saw control hub engages the saw blade.
Abstract: A stand for a single-cup beverage brewer incorporates a beverage cartridge storage drawer and incorporates a lever mechanism which, when actuated, simultaneously lifts a plurality of elastomeric friction pads from contacting a support surface, such as a kitchen countertop, while supporting the assembly on rollers to facilitate moving the stand and beverage brewer supported thereon. Release of the lever again brings the friction pads into contact with the countertop to function as a brake.
