Abstract: A hydrogen quantity sensor can directly measure hydrogen contained in a hydrogen storage device with simple and easy means. The hydrogen quantity sensor comprises a detecting electrode comprised of a hydrogen storage alloy disposed inside a hydrogen storage vessel, a standard electrode disposed to confront the detecting electrode; and an electrolyte member disposed between the detecting electrode and the standard electrode. The detecting electrode, the standard electrode and the electrolyte member constitute a sensor portion to measure hydrogen concentration within the hydrogen storage alloy as an electromotive force value.
Abstract: A first electrode and a second electrode are provided, and an electrolyte is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are made of corresponding different materials in chemical potential for hydrogen gas. The first electrode includes higher chemical potential material and the second electrode includes lower chemical potential material. The first electrode functions as a detecting electrode for hydrogen gas, and the second electrode functions as a standard electrode for the hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas is detected on an electromotive force generated between the first electrode and the second electrode.

Abstract: The ring shape guide 9 and a thin plate shaped retention body 10 project from the back face 5 of a putter head, and the weight 11 is movably retained along the guide 9, by pressing the guide 9 and the retention body 10 in the vertical direction, through a concave slot provided in the circumferential direction of the disk shape weight 11.
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide, with simple and not expensive devices, a new method for generating random number with more perfectly disorder and a random number generator which is utilized in the generating method of random number. In this point of view, a noise or a signal oscillated from an oscillator is input into an A/D converter. Then, numbers of “0” and “1” are allotted at lower bit rank to output signals from the A/D converter to generate a binary random number. Then, the binary random number is divided by a given digit number to generate an n-scaled random number.
Abstract: A method for increasing free glutamic acid content in meat of poultry or livestock, thereby improving the taste of the meat, and the feed used therefor are disclosed. In the method of the present invention, a feed having a low leucine content is given to the poultry or livestock.
