Abstract: A method of managing digital assets includes instructing creation of a plurality of first cryptographic tokens via a first smart contract registered to a distributed ledger, receiving a request to lock the digital asset at a current evolutionary state; determining the current evolutionary state of the at least one attribute of the digital asset represented by the first tokens; generating, via a second smart contract registered to the distributed ledger, a second cryptographic token; and instructing transfer of the second cryptographic token to the holder. In this, the first smart contract conforms to a first token standard configured for batch minting, the second smart contract conforms to a second token standard configured for unique asset creation, and at least one property of the second cryptographic token is deterministically derived from the current evolutionary state of the digital asset.

  • Patent number: 12324952
Abstract: A treadmill has a base with a vertically displaceable platform. A mechanism is provided that resists the downward movement of the platform in response to a load applied to the platform. The mechanism also rebounds the platform upwardly with a force applied to the platform in response to a decrease of a load on the platform. A support structure enables stable vertical positioning of the platform with respect to the base.

  • Patent number: 12325938
Abstract: Aspects herein are directed to a composite nonwoven textile that includes non-linear entangled seams and method and systems for producing the same. The composite nonwoven textile includes at least a first nonwoven layer, a second layer, and a fill material positioned between the first nonwoven layer and the second layer. When the composite nonwoven textile is formed into a garment, the regions between the non-linear entangled seams may help store and retain heat to provide insulation, and the non-linear entangled seams may help prevent shifting or drift of the fill material.

  • Patent number: 12322489
Abstract: An athletic parameter measurement device associated with a first user may include a display, a processor associated with the display, and an athletic parameter measurement sensor. During the athletic activity, the device may detect, using the sensor, athletic activity of the first user. A comparison of the first user's activity data with that of another user may be displayed, via an interface, to the fist user. The comparison between the two users may include synchronizing the athletic activity performances of the two users.

  • Patent number: 12313395
Abstract: Manufacturing of a shoe is enhanced by creating 3-D models of shoe parts. For example, a laser beam may be projected onto a shoe-part surface, such that a projected laser line appears on the shoe part. An image of the projected laser line may be analyzed to determine coordinate information, which may be converted into geometric coordinate values usable to create a 3-D model of the shoe part. Once a 3-D model is known and is converted to a coordinate system recognized by shoe-manufacturing tools, certain manufacturing steps may be automated.

  • Publication number: 20250163623
Abstract: A non-woven textile may be formed from a plurality of thermoplastic polymer filaments. The non-woven textile may have a first region and a second region, with the filaments of the first region being fused to a greater degree than the filaments of the second region. A variety of products, including apparel (e.g., shirts, pants, footwear), may incorporate the non-woven textile. In some of these products, the non-woven textile may be joined with another textile element to form a seam. More particularly, an edge area of the non-woven textile may be heatbonded with an edge area of the other textile element at the seam. In other products, the non-woven textile may be joined with another component, whether a textile or a non-textile.
