Patent number: 9920441Abstract: An ozonated water generating device includes a first housing, a second housing on the first housing, and a catalytic electrode disposed in a space in the first and second housings. The catalytic electrode includes an anode, a cation exchange membrane, and a cathode. The device includes a cushion at least one between the anode and the first housing and between the cathode and the second housing, and at least one pusher in at least one of the first housing and the second housing. The pusher penetrates the first or second housing to push the cushion toward the catalytic electrode, or to directly push the catalytic electrode. The pusher is positioned to ensure pushing on at least the center of the catalytic electrode. And the pressure of the pusher brings the anode, the cation exchange membrane, and the cathode into pressure contact with each other.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2013Date of Patent: March 20, 2018Assignee: NIKKA MICRON CO., LTD.Inventors: Shigeo Sekiguchi, Kazutaka Murata

Patent number: 9797609Abstract: A local cleaned air supply device includes: a power supply unit, a control unit, and a freely rotatable cleaned air supply unit. The cleaned air supply unit, which includes a fan driven by driving electric power, and of which a height position, a swing angle in a left-right direction, and a tilting angle can be freely adjusted, is configured so that air drawn therein is cleaned by passing through a pre-filter and a main filter and is then discharged toward a front side thereof from an air discharge opening. The cleaned air supply unit also includes a sighting unit that visualizes a range in which high cleanliness is guaranteed in a space on the front side of the cleaned air supply unit. The sighting unit includes a plurality of laser emitting units that output laser beams, to surround the range, toward a front side of the air discharge opening.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 2013Date of Patent: October 24, 2017Assignee: NIKKA MICRON CO., LTD.Inventors: Shigeo Sekiguchi, Hiroyuki Shuto

Patent number: 9625405Abstract: An ozone water concentration measurement apparatus that is capable of measuring ozone concentrations with high accuracy and without using an electrolyte brings at least a counter electrode and a working electrode into contact with ozone water, which is a sample solution (S), applies voltage between the counter electrode and the working electrode, and measures the current value at that voltage, to thereby calculate the ozone concentration in the ozone water. In the ozone water concentration measurement apparatus, the working electrode is a conductive diamond electrode, and the surface area that contacts the ozone water of the working electrode is within the range of 628 to 392,500 ?m2.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2013Date of Patent: April 18, 2017Assignees: KEIO UNIVERSITY, NIKKA MICRON CO., LTD.Inventors: Yasuaki Einaga, Ivandini Tribidasarianggraningrum, Yuya Ishii, Shigeo Sekiguchi, Kazutaka Murata
