Abstract: An individually phased pawl drive mechanism includes a plurality of pawls each including a plurality of protrusions forming at least one slot between a corresponding pairing of the plurality of protrusions; a pawl carrier member sized and configured for receipt of the plurality of pawls; a drive ring carrier member including a plurality of radially displaced teeth; wherein rotation in one direction causes a first one of the plurality of radially displaced teeth to engage a first one of the plurality of pawls, the primary pawl; and wherein continued rotation is permitted if the drive force is sufficient to cause deflection of the pawl carrier member relative to the drive ring carrier member, thereby causing one or more subsequent ones of the plurality of secondary pawls each to be brought into engagement in succession with a corresponding one of the plurality of radially displaced teeth.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for monitoring and visualizing a plurality of performance metrics via a single graphical user interface. A processor identifies the plurality of performance metrics, identifies predicted and real time values for the plurality of performance metrics and visually displays for a user the plurality of performance metrics in readable format. In some embodiments, the plurality of performance metrics are displayed in a graphical format. In other embodiments, the plurality of performance metrics are displayed in a spreadsheet format such that the different values and metrics may be arranged into a plurality of different combinations. Further, the processor determines the actual values for the plurality of performance metrics and may organize the visual display based on the current data, a change in data, and/or any other of a plurality of combinations.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods where an enrollment team is trained to get the customer set up on the systems, a second welcome call is placed within a predetermined amount of time to the customer to further solidify the deal, using social media groups that require customers to “check in” to encourage customers to participate in the groups, using purposeful placement of key information and announcements in the groups, welcoming new members to the group and providing strategies to encourage and lift up those customers are participating the most and live streams are hosted directly within the groups and posting the livestream schedule in the groups.

Abstract: A hybrid spectrophotometric instrument utilizing absorption and fluorescence observations requires different cell parameters for optimal performance. The ability to have an instrument with a variable optical path length with a single set of optical surfaces and one detector to reduce system variance is unique. A Zero Angle Photon Spectrometer with the additional hardware and software to support a variable path length instrument is described.
