The first rolling die set including a plurality of first rolling sets. The punching device includes a punching bed and a punching machine. The second rolling die set including a plurality of second rolling sets. The cutting device includes a cutter. The third rolling die set includes a third rolling set.

The rotating positioning device includes a saddle, a first gas cylinder, two steady rests, and two rotators. The nesting bed is fixed on the ground. The nesting base is disposed and is horizontally movable on the nesting bed. The saddle is disposed on the nesting base and is horizontally movable on the nesting base. The saddle is connected to the first gas cylinder, and the first gas cylinder drives the rotating positioning device to move on the nesting base. The two steady rests are oppositely fixed on the saddle at a certain interval. The rotator is arranged inside each steady rest and is rotatable in relation to the steady rest. Each rotator includes: a square hole, and a plurality of clamps.

Abstract: A three-dimensional parking garage has a three-dimensional frame and multiple vehicle carriers. Each vehicle carrier has a bottom frame, and the three-dimensional frame comprises a front transverse beam, multiple front columns, multiple longitudinal crossbeams, and multiple rear columns; each front transverse beam, front column, longitudinal crossbeam, and rear columns are formed by two nested components; the vehicle carrier further has an accessorial frame, a first vehicle plate and a second vehicle plate. The frame of the three-dimensional parking garage can adopt thinner plates as raw materials. The vehicle plate used for vehicle parking of the parking garage is disposed between the side beam of the bottom frame and the accessorial frame, and the accessorial frame with a smaller span length, so the material is thinner and steel with 1.6 mm thickness can be used, and the materials can be significantly saved and costs can be greatly reduced.

Abstract: A vehicle carrier having a bottom frame which is composed of a left beam, a right beam and a bridging beam, characterized in that: the vehicle carrier further has an accessorial frame. A first vehicle plate is laid between the accessorial frame and the left beam, while a second vehicle plate is laid between the accessorial frame and the right beam. Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, the accessorial frame is disposed on the bottom frame, and the span length of the vehicle plate is smaller, so the material used for manufacturing the vehicle plate can be thin. Therefore, in the present invention, the materials can be significantly saved and the cost can be reduced, moreover, it can avoid the vehicles shifting on the direction when the vehicles enter into the vehicle carrier to ensure that the vehicles park in the right position.

Abstract: A seal head used on a side beam of a vehicle carrier includes a main plane covering the front surface of the side beam, a side plane connected to the main plane to cover the inclined surface of the side beam, a first baffle plane and a second baffle plane covering the edges of the side beam, and the main plane, side plane, first baffle plane and second baffle plane form a semi-enclosed cavity for receiving the side beam. The baffle planes can be fixed against the corresponding edges of the side beam to achieve reliable fixed positions and connections, increasing the shock resistance rigidity and strength of the front surface of the side beam and easy installation and disassembly for seal head. The main plane, the side plane and the baffle plane are in an integrally molded piece to improve the rigidity and strength of side beam.

The unconventional bolt has a simple structure and a convenient assembly, and can improve the strength and rigidity of the nested profiled components after the connection; and the fastening device using the unconventional bolt can not only support the component but also reinforce it, thus effectively preventing the nested profiled components from transforming.
