Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent range hood and a control method thereof, which comprises a housing, a fan (4), a smoke collecting hood (3), a smoke guide plate (6), a controller and a sensor (8) for detecting concentration of smoke and/or vapor inside or outside the housing. The sensor (8) outputs an electrical signal to the controller; and, the controller controls rotation speed of the fan motor (5) and position of the smoke guide plate (6) according to the signal received from the sensor (8). The controller not only can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the fan motor (5) so as to allow the air volume of the fan (4) to adapt to the working condition of the range hood in real time, but also can adjust the air inlet area and the distance between the negative pressure region and the smoke source by moving the smoke guide plate (6) up and down, so as to adapt the change in the working condition.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a contactless control device for a range hood and a control method thereof. The contactless control device comprises two sets of infrared gesture sensing devices disposed on the housing of the range hood, and a detected signal analysis device. Each set of infrared gesture sensing devices comprises one infrared receiving device and at least one infrared transmitting device. The distance L between two infrared receiving devices meets the following condition: H*tan(?)+H*tan(?)+W_min<L<H*tan(?)+H*tan(?)+W_max. It is unnecessary to control the user's gesture sensing distance according to the intensity of the infrared transmitted signals. In this way, it is convenient to adjust the intensity of the infrared transmitted signals, and the infrared receiving device can better detect infrared signals.

Abstract: The present invention discloses volute for a centrifugal fan, which comprises a volute tongue having an inner wall; wherein, the volute tongue has an enclosed noise-reducing chamber, the volute tongue has a plurality of holes for allowing the air flow to enter into the noise-reducing chamber; and a sound collector and a speaker are disposed in the noise-reducing chamber. In the present invention, during the use of the centrifugal fan, a gas flow can enter the cavity through the holes on the inner wall. The sound collector can acquire a noise signal and transmit it to a controller, and the controller calculates a noise-reduced audio signal according to the acquired signal and then controls the speaker to play the corresponding reduced noise according to the noise-reduced audio signal, so that the active noise reduction is realized. With such a structure, the vortex at the volute tongue is eliminated, thus the fan noise is reduced and the fan efficiency is improved.

In the present invention, the smoke can more smoothly enter a smoke trapping cavity of the range hood. Abstract: The present invention discloses a smoke filter device, which comprises a plurality of oil filter sections (10), each oil filter section (10) has at least two filter holes (11); and in the two adjacent two filter holes (11), an area defined by the filter hole (11) near the at the end of the oil filter section (10) is smaller than an area defined by the filter hole (11) near the middle portion of the oil filter section (10). The present invention also discloses to a range hood with the smoke filter device. In the present invention, without changing the overall air volume, the suction force of the filter holes at the end of each oil filter section is increased, so that the smoke can be further prevented from escaping to the surrounding.

Abstract: A protection device for an oil-smoke sensor comprises a protection housing (1) having a first end, a second end, and an inner chamber (2); the first end having a first opening (3) for receiving a probe (5) of the oil-smoke sensor and in communication with the inner chamber (2); a second opening (4) is disposed on the second end which is opposite to the first opening (3) and in communication with the inner chamber (2). Because the probe (5) is sealing mounted in the first opening (3), the probe (5) will not be directly exposed in oil-smoke flow. When in use, the protective device is mounted in a manner that the axial direction of the protective device is vertical to the oil-smoke flow direction.

Abstract: A wind outlet mechanism for a range hood comprises a wind outlet and a decorative cover. The decorative cover has a plurality of wind discharge holes, a flow guide member is disposed inside the decorative cover, and the flow guide member has a cambered flow guide surface opposite to and protruding toward the wind outlet. The flow guide surface can make the air flow discharged from the wind discharge holes on the decorative cover.

The upper casing has an upper chamber, the lower casing has a lower chamber. A plurality of inlets attached below and to a side of the lower casing, and a plurality of outlets attached to a side of the upper casing. At least the bottom portion of the lower portion of each blade which attached to the shaft gradually bends along a rotation direction of the impeller, and a ratio of a height of the lower portion of each blade to a height of the upper portion is between 1 and 5. The impeller can be allowed to draw water at a low water level, foam formed by washing liquid or food debris on the surface of water can be less likely to get into the impeller to influence the drawing of water, a sufficient amount of water can be drawn from the water inlets.
