Abstract: The embodiment of the present application provides a balance mechanism and a mounting bracket. Wherein, the balance mechanism includes: a mounting part; a sliding part, which is slidably connected to the mounting part; a spring, the first end of the spring is fixed to the sliding part; an adjuster, which has a third end and a fourth end opposite to the third end, wherein the third end is connected to the mounting part, and the fourth end is connected to the second end of the spring. The adjuster is configured to adjust the spring, so as to stretch and compress the spring. The embodiments of the present application can reduce the cost of the balance mechanism and thereby reduce the cost of the mounting bracket.
