Abstract: An acousto-optic modulator enhanced by a sub-wavelength acoustic waveguide is provided. The acousto-optic modulator comprising: a substrate, wherein the substrate includes a sapphire underlayment and a silicon dioxide layer disposed on the sapphire underlayment; the substrate further including a lithium niobate thin film, wherein the lithium niobate thin film includes a transducer region and a tapered transition region that are etched, the sub-wavelength acoustic waveguide, an acoustic-photonic crystal cavity, and a side-coupled photonic crystal; wherein the etched transducer region is provided with an interdigital transducer, the sub-wavelength acoustic waveguide is connected with the etched transducer region via the tapered transition region that is etched, the acoustic-photonic crystal cavity is connected with a non-suspended sub-wavelength acoustic waveguide and is arranged parallel to a suspended side-coupled photonic crystal.

Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a cobalt-free layered cathode material by Li+/H+ exchange, including adding a metal sulfate solution, a precipitant solution, and a complexing agent solution dropwise into an aqueous ammonia solution to obtain a mixed solution, and subjecting the mixed solution to precipitation complexation to obtain a hydroxide precursor; and mixing the hydroxide precursor with a lithium source to obtain a mixture, and subjecting the mixture to pre-sintering and crystallization in sequence to obtain the cobalt-free layered cathode material, a temperature for the pre-sintering being less than a temperature for the crystallization, where metal sulfates include at least two selected from the group consisting of non-cobalt transition metal sulfates.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a processing technology for manufacturing seepage irrigation pipe with alternating effluent sections and non-effluent sections, and in particular, to the field of underground seepage irrigation in agriculture and forestry. The processing technology combines the production unit for water-effluent pipes with the production unit for non-effluent pipes, and produces the seepage irrigation pipeline by adjusting the raw material ratios, controlling the spindle speed, spindle acceleration time, and spindle deceleration time of the two pipeline production units, to generate a seepage irrigation pipe with alternating effluent sections and non-effluent sections.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of a energetic metal coordination compound with 5-methyltetrazole, belonging to the technical field of energetic metal coordination compounds. The method comprises: dissolving methyltetrazole in distilled water, and adding a nitrate therein, to obtain a mixture; stirring the mixture for 30 min, then putting the mixture into a teflon-lined reactor, and reacting at a constant temperature of 120±1° C. for 72 h, to obtain a crude reaction product; cooling the crude reaction product to 80° C., thermally insulating for 12 h, and hereafter cooling to room temperature at a rate of 3° C./h, to obtain a target product. The coordination compound has a good explosion heat, high thermal stability, and low mechanical sensitivity. The present disclosure could obtain a product with a high yield by a green and environment-friendly method.
