Patents Assigned to Nippon Dyeing Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd.
  • Patent number: 4644765
Abstract: In a continuous treating system for a wide cloth which continuously treats the wide cloth while the cloth is being conveyed and passed through a treating tank by a conveyor disposed inside the treating tank, the improvement wherein zigzag motion is applied to a single endless conveyor itself along the rotation of the conveyor and a guide member such as a net or a guide bar is stretched along the zone of the zigzag movement of the conveyor in such a manner that the cloth is passed through the zone; and a treating liquid is jetted to the cloth inside the zigzag movement zone from both sides of the cloth.

  • Patent number: 4474039
Abstract: A liquid flow type fabric treating apparatus having an annular fabric transfer passage composed of a transfer pipe and a stagnant cell connected to the transfer pipe, a first treating liquid jetting portion and a second treating liquid jetting portion; and at least one circulation pump for forcibly supplying the treating liquid from the stagnant cell to the liquid jetting portions and to circulate the treating liquid. The transfer pipe is provided at the lower stage of the stagnant cell so that the shifting of the fabric is made smoothly. A ramp portion for raising the fabric is provided at the outlet portion of the stagnant cell. The upper end portion of the ramp portion constitutes an inlet/outlet for the fabric. A fabric guide pipe is detachably secured to the inlet/outlet to form the transfer passage after the feed of the fabric into and out of the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 4217768
Abstract: A dyeing apparatus is disclosed, which comprises a vessel and a perforated cylinder or beam concentrical thereto, the cylinder having a material wound thereon which is to be dyed. The apparatus includes means for isolating idle space within the vessel from the dye liquid circulating region and means for supplying compressed air to the circulating region to dewater the dyed material upon completion of a cycle of dyeing operation. A stream of compressed air permeates the wet material and takes the moisture away as an entrainment. The same apparatus can perform both the dyeing and the drying operation.

  • Patent number: 4038842
Abstract: An endless net conveyor is suspended from a drive wheel which is mounted at an upper part of the apparatus, hanging into a treating bath, and a metal gauze member is extended along the outer periphery of the net conveyor thereby forming a U-shaped path between the net conveyor and the metal gauze member. One upper opening part of the U-shaped path constitutes an introduction side for insertion of the fabric to be treated, and the other upper opening part of the U-shaped path constitutes an exit side for the treated fabric, both upper openings serving to convey the fabric continuously therethrough during treatment. Injection pipes are provided in the bath on both exterior sides of the U-shaped path, namely on an inside side and on an outside side of the path, the injection ports of the pipes being alternatingly directed toward the path.
