    Abstract: Provided is a high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire with which tensile strength and weld cracking resistance of a welded portion, the integrity of the microstructure of a welded metal, and inhibition of scale generation are improved. The high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire is configured to have an alloy composition comprising, by mass, C: 0.04% or less, Mn: 7% or less, Fe: 1 to 12%, Si: 0.75% or less, Al: 0.01 to 0.7%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.7%, Cr: 25.0 to 31.5%, Ta: 1 to 10%, and Mo: 1 to 6%, and as inevitable impurities, Ca+Mg: less than 0.002%, N: 0.1% or less, P: 0.02% or less, O: 0.01% or less, S: 0.0015% or less, H: 0.0015% or less, Cu: 0.08% or less, and Co: 0.05% or less, and the balance: Ni. Then, the high CrNi-based alloy welding wire is configured such that the contents of S, Ta, Al, and Ti satisfy the following relation (1) and the contents of Ta, Mo, and N satisfy the following relation (2): 12000S+0.58Ta?2.6Al?2Ti£19.3??(1) Ta+1.6Mo+187N35.7??(2).

    Abstract: The present invention provides a ferritic stainless steel welding wire which allows prevention of wire breaking, fine refining of crystal grains, and increased cracking resistance. A wire rod used essentially consists of, in mass %, 0.03% or less of C, 3% or less of B, 3% or less of Mn, 2% or less of Ni, 11 to 20% of Zr, 3% or less of Mo, 1% or less of Co, 2% or less of Cu, 0.02 to 2.0% of Al, 0.2 to 1.0% of Ti, 0.02% or less of O, 0.04% or less of N, at least one of Nb and Ta, the mass % thereof being eight times the total mass % of the C and N to 1.0 mass %, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. When the number of crystals per square mm (mm2) of a cross section of the wire rod is defined as m, a grain number of the crystal expressed by an exponent (G) in an expression of m=8×2G is set to 3 to 10 by the heat treatment.

The flux contains 20-80 weight % of metal powder. A weight % of the weight of the flux to the weight of the welding wire per unit length is set in a range of 6.5-30 weight %. The weight % of the weight of the conductive core wire to the weight of the welding wire per unit length is set in a range of 1.5-15 weight %.

    Abstract: A filler for welding a heat-resistant nickel-base alloy is disclosed. The filler comprises heat-resistant nickel-base alloy and an additive of 0.003 to 0.015 wt % boron based on the total weight of the filler metal. The filler may further comprise an other additive such as zirconium in the total amount of those two elements of 0.015 to 0.15 wt %, and the filler may further comprise the other additives such as lanthanum and cellium in the total amount of those fine elements of 0.018 to 0.15 wt % based on the total weight of the filler. The disclosed filler has improved creep properties at high temperatures and can be obtained without the defects inherent to conventional filler of heat-resistant nickel-base alloys.
