Abstract: A stand assembly for holding handheld electronic devices in a multitude of positions or locations having a first section with a curved end magnetically attached to second section having and indented surface. The first section also attaches to a surface, the second section either is contiguous with a portable electronic device, a carrying case, or other item; or has a means to attach to another surface. A high-friction elastomeric material, or similar friction producing material, helps to secure the first and second sections together, or the second section against another flat magnetic surface.
Abstract: A key holder includes a key tag, the key tag attached to a key. The key holder further includes a device body, the device body including a slot, the key located in the slot of the device body and the key tag wrapping around the device body from the slot to an outer portion of the device body, the outer portion of the device body including an attachment point for the key tag, the key tag attached to the outer portion of the device body and under sufficient tension to prevent the key from sliding out of the slot.
Abstract: A self-locking clip may include a first member configured to attach to an item, the first member having a tongue arranged adjacent the item when the first member is attached to the item, the tongue configured to allow an article to be received between the tongue and the item when the first member is attached to the item; a second member pivotally attached to the first member, the second member having at least one engagement surface for engaging the article, when the first member is attached to the item and the article is received between the tongue and the item; and a bias member arranged to bias the second member to pivot in a direction to urge the at least one engagement surface toward the article to engage the article, when the first member is attached to the item and the article is received between the tongue and the item.
Abstract: A headlamp includes a module assembly, a back of the module assembly including a geared portion, the geared portion including a plurality of grooves and protrusions, and the module assembly including a lighting module. The headlamp further includes a holder, the holder pivotally attached to the module assembly, and the holder includes a tab mounted on a flexible tab arm, the tab and flexible tab arm positioned such that the tab interfaces with the geared portion of the back, the module assembly being rotatable in relation to the holder, the tab ratcheting from one groove to another groove of the plurality of grooves, and the flexible tab arm flexing to allow the tab to pass over the protrusions of the geared portion.
