Abstract: A method includes receiving transactions and storing the transactions in non-transitory memory and associating customer metrics with each transaction. The method further includes receiving a selection of one or more customer metrics, and determining one or more customers associated with the received selection of the one or more customer metrics and receiving one or more marketing campaigns over a network from a remote processing device. The method further includes receiving from the seller, a selection of a marketing campaign of the received one or more marketing campaigns, and modifying the selected marketing campaign. The method also includes transmitting the modified selected marketing campaign over a network to a remote entity. The selected marketing campaign may be modified by adding seller information of the seller to the selected marketing campaign and tailoring an offer of the marketing campaign based on the selection of one or more customer metrics.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a set of seller records, each seller record corresponding to one or more transactions between a seller and one or more customers. The method includes associating seller metrics with the seller records. Each seller metric includes a quantitative representation of transactions between the seller and the one or more customers. Each transaction includes selling at least one of a service or merchandise of the seller to a customer. The method includes receiving a report type defined as a parts report or a loyalty report. The method includes analyzing the seller records in the data store based on the report type, the seller metrics, and seller information in the data store; generating a report based on the report type and the seller metrics; and displaying the report on a display in communication with the data processing device.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a set of customer records and identifying any duplicate customers within the set of customer records. The method includes consolidating customer records of any duplicate customers, and identifying whether any customers represented within the received set of customer records have an existing customer record in data store hardware. The method includes receiving a segmentation criteria defined as an active customer, an inactive customer, or a prospective customer, and segmenting the customers in the data store hardware based on the segmentation criteria. The method includes assigning an active status to active customers. The active status being active defecting (customer having no associated purchase history) or active declining (customer having a threshold decrease in sales over a third period of time). The method also includes associating customer metrics with the customers, and generating a report illustrating the customer segmentation and customer metrics.
