    Abstract: A high-stability miniature circuit breaker has a pivotal shaft having a first section, a second section and a shoulder. The diameter of the second section is larger than the first section. The shoulder diameter is larger than the second section. A pivoting lever on the first section limits the axial position of a protruding mesa relative to the shaft by contact fit between the mesa and a thrust surface on the second section. A pivoting latch is on the second section. A first end face fits to a support surface on the shoulder. A second end face fits to the protruding mesa at the other end. The latch controls a drive rod and the lever. A connecting rod separates from the latch when latch hasps are separated and the latch separates from the drive rod which slides along a groove of the lever.

    Abstract: A circuit breaker includes a housing, wiring boards and terminals disposed within the housing, wherein the terminal comprises a screw, a press board and a wire trap provided with a incoming line hole and a wiring space; the screw passes through a threaded hole on the top end face of the wire trap to contact the press board which is able to lift up and down and is embedded in the wire trap; the wiring board traverses the wire trap, and divides the wiring space of the wire trap into two independent wiring spaces; a first line hole is provided on the housing at a position above the screw of the terminal; and the press board and the wire trap perform a relative displacement with the wiring board under the action of the screw, to compress the two independent wiring spaces so as to realize the connection between wires.

    Abstract: A handle locking device for a modularized terminal electric appliance is presented. A housing base thereof can be assembled onto any outer side surface of the housing of an appliance through a connection mechanism. There are a horizontal pivoting door and a vertical pivoting door which can be unfolded or folded inside a door hole on a sliding member of the locking mechanism. When unfolded, the horizontal pivoting door mates with an appliance handle to block the reverse motion of the handle, and the vertical pivoting door and the horizontal pivoting door can mate to block the reverse motion of the unfolded horizontal pivoting door. The horizontal pivoting door is pivotally connected to the sliding member through a horizontal pivoting, and the vertical pivoting door is pivotally connected to the sliding member through a vertical pivoting.

    Abstract: A current transformer supplying a power for an electronic controller comprises two independent core magnetic circuits, wherein a first core magnetic circuit is a closed loop formed by connecting a U-shaped core and a linear core, a primary conductor extends through the closed loop, and a secondary winding for power supply is wound on the linear core; a second core magnetic circuit having an opening shape is disposed in parallel to the linear core of the first core magnetic circuit, and the open end of the second core magnetic circuit is coupled to the first core magnetic circuit through air gaps. The area of the cross section of the linear core is less than that of the cross section of the U-shaped core, so that the linear core can be magnetically saturated earlier than the U-shaped core. The centerline length of the U-shaped core is 1.5 to 4 times of that of the linear core.
