The outer reinforcement comprises at least one filamentary reinforcing structure (4) placed around the core (1), a covering outer layer (7), and at least one bonding agent (3, 5) for bonding the reinforcing structure (4) to the inner core (1), the agent being selected from polyurethane or polyamide hot melt adhesives and thermosetting polyesters.
