    Abstract: A method of allocating resources in a communications network is provided, where the resources are allocated to mobile stations belonging to different network operators. It is determined whether capacity is available in the network for established connections between the mobile stations and the communications network. If it is determined that the capacity is not available for the established connections, the resources are split according to a pre-determined share between the network operators.
