Abstract: A motor suspension apparatus for a hydromotor of the radial-symmetrical type, characterized by an arm which, in operation, is substantially horizontal, and one end of which is adapted for attachment to the hydromotor and the other end of which is pivotally and fixedly supported in a vertical plane, while between the ends of the arm there is provided a supporting device exerting on the arm a vertical force proportional to the working pressure prevailing in the hydromotor.

Abstract: A method of, and apparatus for, controlling the gap between the wall of a cylinder and a ball piston or a piston of comparable form, in particular suitable for use in a hydraulic ball piston engine. According to the invention a pressure is exerted on the outside of the cylinder, which pressure is comparable to the instantaneous pressure in the cylinder.

Abstract: A cylinder head locking construction for cylinders formed or placed in a casing of a motor, in which high working pressures occur. A segmented ring is partially placed in an annular groove formed in the casing of the motor transversely to the axis of the cylinder head. In operation a portion of the ring projecting from the groove rests on an adjacent portion of the cylinder head. A clamping ring is secured around a raised central portion of the cylinder head and presses the segments in the direction of the cylinder head portion, and at the same time prevents radially inward movement of the segments. The segments are pushed inwardly into contact with the clamping ring by a thrust member such as an O-ring.

Abstract: A peristalitic pump comprising a pump housing accommodating a hose. A hollow space surrounding the hose is provided between the outer wall of the hose and the pump housing. The ends of the hose are sealingly attached all around to corresponding supply and discharge ends of the pump housing. The pump housing is provided with connecting tubes for supplying a pressure medium to the hollow space and discharging the medium therefrom, in order to exert pressure at desired points of time on the outer wall of the hose. The hose has an elliptic cross-sectional form adjacent the supply end along a given trajectory. Starting from the supply end, which is circular in cross-section, the hose becomes gradually flatter and broader to give a minimal value and sequentially in the direction of the hose portion extending toward the discharge end become increasingly less flat and broad in the same manner until the circular cross-section is obtained.

Abstract: A peristaltic pump comprising a pump housing wherein a hose is provided, leaving a hollow space surrounding the hose, while the ends of the hose are sealingly connected all around to the edge of a supply opening resp. discharge opening of the pump housing, and the pump housing being provided with means for supplying a medium to the hollow space, resp. discharging medium therefrom in order to exert pressure on the outer wall of the hose at desired points of time, whereby the hose adjacent the supply end for the material to be pumped is provided with a weakening.
