Abstract: The invention relates to a self-adhesive floor covering comprising a base layer, containing a polymer composition, which comprises an elastomer and/or a thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the floor covering has, on a first side of the base layer, an adhesive layer comprising an adhesive for connecting the floor covering to a substrate. The floor covering is characterised in that the adhesive comprises a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer. The invention also relates to a method for producing a self-adhesive floor covering.
Abstract: An exemplary method for manufacturing an elastomeric flooring comprises: providing a first rubber mixture (2); providing a decor carrier material (6) comprising areas with a decor layer (7) wherein the decor layer (7) contains a second rubber mixture; shaping the first rubber mixture (2) by converting it to a rubber web (5); applying the decor carrier material (6) comprising the decor layer (7) onto the rubber web (5), wherein the decor layer (7) comes in contact with the rubber web (5); vulcanizing the rubber web (5) with the decor layer (7) applied to it, wherein the decor layer (7) bonds to the rubber web (5); and removing the decor carrier material (6).
Abstract: A floor covering including one of a sheet-shaped or plate-shaped matrix made of an elastomeric material. The matrix is provided with particles made of a thermoplastic material, where the elastomeric material of the matrix and the thermoplastic material of the particles each have at least one matching monomer.

Abstract: A floor covering comprising a first layer of elastomeric material and a second layer of elastomeric material. Both of the first and second layers being provided with fillers, where the fillers are chosen in such a way that, when subjected to a temperature change, the second layer has a greater coefficient of expansion at least in one direction than the first layer. A further layer is arranged between the first layer and the second layer.

Abstract: A method for producing a two-dimensional rubber covering, in particular a floor covering, comprising the following steps: preparing an unvulcanised rubber material, mixing a filler into the unvulcanised rubber material, converting the rubber material into a two-dimensional state, and crosslinking the rubber material in the two-dimensional state. The method includes that the filler contains particles of glass, porcelain, earthenware and/or stoneware. Also, a covering produced in the described manner.
