  • Publication number: 20180153182
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus (10) for automatically recovering flesh from beheaded and gutted fish (11), comprising a transport device (12) for transporting the fish (11) tail-first along a transport path in transport direction T, and a separating device (14) for separating the flesh from the bone structure, wherein the separating device (14) has at least two rotatably driven and controllable circular knives (15, 16) which are arranged at a distance from each other on mutually opposing sides of the transport path in order to form a gap S; the invention is distinguished in that the two circular knives (15, 16) are designed such that the circular knives can each be pivoted about an axis I, II that differs from a horizontal orientation, wherein the axes I, II are oriented in such a way that, by pivoting the circular knives (15, 16) about the axes I and II, the point P of the smallest gap size between the circular knives (15, 16) can be positioned differently from the lowest knife point M of the two circ

  • Patent number: 7828635
Abstract: The invention concerns a tool for gutting fish (12) which have been opened at the stomach cavity (11), the tool (13) being designed as a suction element (23) for extraction of the entrails by suction, which is distinguished in that the suction element (23) is allocated an element (35) for clamping and/or squeezing the entrails to be removed. Furthermore the invention concerns an apparatus for gutting fish (12) which have been opened at the stomach cavity (11), including a tool (13) for extraction of the entrails by suction, a measuring instrument (14) which is configured so as to detect specific fish data, and at least one control unit for controlling the tool (13) depending on the specific fish data detected by the measuring instrument (14), which is distinguished in that the tool (13) is designed as mentioned above. The invention further concerns a corresponding method for gutting fish (12).

  • Patent number: 5069608
Abstract: A vane pump delivers pasty materials, particularly sausage stuffing, for the purpose of filling doses of the stuffing into sausage cases. The flow of material into the pump chamber generally takes place by a stuffing device in the hopper and by the action of the vacuum to which the vane pump is exposed. The degree of filling and therefore the dosing accuracy is improved by providing a curved portion in the transition area between the inner wall of the cylindrical part of the cup-shaped pump casing and the base part of the latter receiving the pump rotor mounting.
