  • Patent number: 6102587
Abstract: A changing device for changing a conveyance direction of a photosensitive material without causing it to move in a zigzag manner is provided. The changing device includes an endless belt in contact with a lower part of the outer surface of a turn roller. A tubular elastic member is fitted in the middle of the turn roller with respect to its widthwise direction. A photosensitive material fed between the turn roller and the belt by the rotation of the turn roller and movement of the belt is conveyed in a circumferential direction of the turn roller while being tightly held between the belt 12 and the elastic member 16. The photosensitive material can have its conveyance direction changed without being caused to move in a zigzag manner by the elastic member in substantially even contact therewith over the entire width thereof.

  • Patent number: 6101007
Abstract: A screen hologram image is reproduced on or near a plane of a hologram plate. A dynamic image is displayed at a position crossing an optical path of light beam for illumination to view a dynamic image on the screen hologram image. By using a plurality of apparatuses having the above-mentioned structure, planes of hologram plates are put without overlapping or with partial or overall lapping so that planes of master hologram images are arranged at different or the same positions in space. Thus, a dynamic image is displayed for right and left eyes for stereovision. Color display is possible. Further, an image is displayed in correspondence to a change in visual point in vertical direction or in depth direction. Thus, in an image display apparatus, a dynamic image is viewed for each of the eyes by using a hologram.

  • Patent number: 6097573
Abstract: A magnetic information recorder/reproducer can reduce the possibility of breakage of parts and thus lessen the need for maintenance. A resilient member for pressing a magnetic medium against a magnetic head has a resilient, hard guide layer provided on one side thereof facing the magnetic medium. The guide layer prevents the magnetic medium from coming into contact with the resilient member. The resilient member is thus less like to be broken or worn because it does not contact the magnetic medium.

  • Patent number: 6030131
Abstract: A film developing process automatically conveys film to a film developing section. When a cartridge conveyed intermittently by a cartridge conveying device is conveyed to a first stop position, a tapered tongue drawing device is actuated to draw an end portion of a film strip out of the cartridge. At a second stop position, a cutting device and a punching device are operated to cut the tapered tongue and form coupling holes on the end portion of the film strip respectively. At a third stop position, a reinforcing label is applied to the end portion of the film strip by a label sticking device. At fourth and fifth stop positions, the end portions of the film strips are coupled with a leader sheet which has been conveyed and stopped at the other side of the fourth and fifth stop positions. The cartridges are then conveyed together with the leader sheet into the film developing section.

  • Patent number: 6024313
Abstract: A film tip pulling device which can automatically and reliably pull out the tip of film wound in a patrone. A pair of holder arms are provided on both sides of a case to resiliently sandwich a patrone from both ends thereof. A film tip pulling plate is slidably inserted in a guide groove open at the front side of the case. A guide plate is provided to guide a film being pulled into a space under the tip of the film tip pulling plate into the guide groove. With a patrone set between the front portions of the holder arms and the film tip pulling plate and the guide plate inserted into the patrone through its film inlet/outlet, a motor in the case is activated to reciprocate the film tip pulling plate through a crank mechanism. When the film tip pulling plate retracts, protrusions of the film tip pulling plate engage perforations formed in the film. The film is thus pulled out. When a film tip sensor provided in the case detects the tip of the film, the motor is deactivated.
