  • Publication number: 20090056876
Abstract: A work processing system S is provided with a plasma generating unit PU including a microwave generator 20 for generating microwaves of 2.45 GHz, a waveguide 10 for causing the microwaves to travel and a plasma generator 30 mounted on a surface of the waveguide 13 facing a work W; and a work conveyor C for conveying the work W to pass the plasma generator 30. The plasma generator 30 includes a plurality of arrayed plasma generating nozzles 31 for receiving the microwaves, generating a plasma-converted gas based on a receiving electrical energy and discharging the generated gas. The plasma-converted gas is blown to the work W in the plasma generator 30 while the work W is conveyed by the work conveyor C. It is possible both to successively plasma-process a plurality of works and to efficiently plasma-process works having large areas.

  • Patent number: 6056451
Abstract: A photographic film processing apparatus for processing long developed film (10b) formed by joining photographic films with a splicing material (13). The apparatus includes a first transport device (40a) for transporting the long developed film. A region of the splicing material in the long developed film is detected in order to cut the long film. A main cutter (60) cuts the long developed film transported by the first transport device, in the region of the splicing material into short films (10a) prior to an exposing process. A second transport device (40b) is provided for transporting the short films to exposure processing units (20, 30). Further, an auxiliary cutter (70) is provided for cutting lateral portions of the region of the splicing material in the long developed film. The region of the splicing material is cut such that a width of an upstream short film is contained within a width at a forward end of a downstream short film.

  • Patent number: 5842074
Abstract: A photographic processing apparatus includes a unit for supplying processing liquid to a processing tank, a unit for forcibly draining processing liquid from the tank, a unit for means for measuring an amount of processing liquid in the tank and a unit for supplying water to the tank. The apparatus further includes a unit for determining an amount of water evaporated from the liquid in the tank based on amounts of liquid coming in and out of the tank. The water supplying unit supplies an amount of additional water to the tank based on the amount of water evaporation determined by the evaporation amount determining unit.

  • Patent number: 5721609
Abstract: An intensity of light emitted from a lamp is passed through a mirror tunnel and is directed to a disk which comprises three, B, G, and R, color filters, each extending 120 degrees on the disk. Each of the B, G, and R modes of light, separated on the disk, is guided through the optical fiber bundle and is transmitted to the PLZT elements. A pattern of the PLZT elements, determined by a group of dots of exposure data to be printed, are energized by a given voltage in synchronization with the rotation of the disk 13, thus allowing a desired mode or wavelength of light to pass selectively and fall efficiently on the printing paper.
