Abstract: A collapsible bed frame (18) for supporting a mattress, the collapsible frame (18) having a number of frame members (32). A number of pivots (34) connect pairs of the frame members (32) at the midpoints of the frame members (32) to make a number of scissor pairs (35). Pivot assemblies (36) pivotally attach the upper ends of the frame members (32) to upper connector assemblies (40), and pivotally attach lower ends of the frame members (32) to feet (38), thus connecting the scissor pairs (35) to form an extended scissors-frame assembly (33). The upper connector assemblies (40) form a support surface for a mattress.

Abstract: A collapsible reclining chair (10, 100, 200), has a frame assembly (16) which includes angled frame members (32), the upper ends (37) of the angled frame members (32) being pivotally attached to upper connectors (136,138), and the lower ends (36) being pivotally attached to feet (30). The frame assembly (16) as a whole expands outwardly from a central area (8). The frame assembly (16) also includes upright members (34), and a support surface (18), having a back portion (15). The lower ends (38) of each of the upright members (34) are attached to one of the angled members (32) by a reversible joint (39), so that the reclining chair (10, 100, 200) is movable from an upright position (12) when the reversible joints (39) are in a first position, to a reclining position (14) when the reversible joints (39) have been reversed to a second position.

Abstract: An inclining collapsible bed (200) including a mattress (214) and a support frame (218), including a number of frame members (32) where the upper ends of the frame members (32) are pivotally attached to upper connector assemblies (40), and the lower ends are pivotally attached to feet (38). The top layer opening edge (24) and the bottom layer opening edge (28) are releasably fastened along some portion of their length by a first fastener (34) which is attached at a first attachment site (37). The air mattress has a perimeter (15) and includes an inflatable portion (18) and a peripheral extension (16). The peripheral extension (16) includes a third attachment site (44) for a lower portion (41) of a second fastener (40). Upper (39) and lower portions (41) of the second fastener (40) releasably fasten the air mattress (14) to the sleeping bag (12).
