    Abstract: Disclosed in this specification are a protein-based foaming agent, its preparation method and application, and belong to the technical field of food additives. The foaming agent comprises raw materials of alpha-lactalbumin (?-La) and glycyrrhizic acid (GA), where a molar concentration ratio of ?-La to GA in the protein-based foaming agent is 1 : (2.5-750); the foaming agent is prepared as follows: preparing ?-La solution, adjusting pH, and then adding GA for reaction to obtain the protein-based foaming agent. In some embodiments of this specification, the ?-La undergoes changes in terms secondary and tertiary structures by adjusting the pH of ?-La solution, which promotes the development of protein molecules and increases the possibility of binding ?-La with micromolecule surfactants; after ?-La is bound with GA, the foaming ability and foam stability are greatly improved.

Current gas distribution pipelines are easily blocked by organic materials, resulting in poor ventilation due to non-uniform local ventilation and cleaning difficulties. The inventive device comprises a compost chamber, a compost bin, a compost heap, a percolate tank, and a plurality of gas distribution branch pipes at the bottom of the compost chamber, the pipes being vertically movable in the chamber; the percolate tank is positioned at the bottom of the chamber and under the pipes; an air inlet is provided on the side wall of the tank, and an outlet is provided on the side wall of the chamber; the compost bin is inside the compost chamber, and the compost heap is in the compost bin; each pipe is top sealed, with a plurality of vent holes on the side wall, and its bottom connected to the tank. The present invention is usable for compost ventilation.

The device comprises a main plate and a plurality of microorganism-extracting chambers, wherein the main plate is connected to the microorganism-extracting chambers; the microorganism-extracting chamber are filled with a filler; a tail end of the microorganism-extracting chambers is spiky, and openings are separately provided on a side wall of the microorganism-extracting chambers. The method comprises: I, adding a nutrient medium to the soil, and then inoculating a remediation microorganism; and II, inserting the above device into the soil for 6˜8 days, and then taking it out. The method can remedy heavy-metal-polluted soil in a short time with a high removal rate of the heavy metal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for aqueous enzymatic extraction of soybean oil, which is in the field of extraction processing technology for plant oil. The method comprises treating crushed and peeled soybeans with an extrusion puffing process and a hydrolysis process with an alkaline proteinase, followed by a liquid nitrogen freezing and a high voltage electrostatic thawing process, and finally obtaining soybean oil by centrifugation. The benefits of the present invention includes short extraction time and high extraction yield. It saves up to 93.1% of time in the freezing and thawing process alone. The total oil yield is up to 95.4%. Furthermore, the method of the invention produces high quality oil with a low peroxide value, a low p-anisidine value and a low TOTOX value.
