    Abstract: A monofilament line cutting tool is formed by sandwiching a cutting blade between first and second plastic sheets which are thermally bonded to one another. A monofilament line receiving slot in the plastic sheets extends to the blade whereby monofilament line bent into a U-shape may be placed in contact with the blade cutting edge. The plastic sheets are part of spool forming plastic sheet portions which are thermally bonded to one another and shaped into a spool.     Abstract: A trailer including a frame supporting a trailer bed and having rotatable wheels and a tongue for pivotal attachment to a land vehicle hitch. The trailer frame includes left and right side structural members and crossbeam members attached between the side members. Each side member includes a U-shaped portion having a branch leg and attachment leg and an L-shaped portion including a branch leg and attachment leg. The branch leg of the U-shaped portion is integrally formed with the branch leg of the L-shaped portion. The crossbeam members are Z-shaped and the flanges thereof are attached to the attachment legs of the U-shaped portion and the L-shaped portion with rivets. Front and rear U-shaped end members are attached to the terminal ends of the side members. A torque tube is also attached between the side members. A tongue pocket is attached to the torque tube and the front end member.

    Abstract: An auger assembly for transporting bulk material includes an auger rotatably mounted in a tube. A toothed belt drive pulley is secured to a drive shaft and is rotatably driven about a drive pulley rotational axis. The drive shaft is generally parallel to the auger. A toothed belt driven pulley is secured to the auger for rotation therewith about a driven pulley rotational axis. A toothed belt extends around the driven pulley and the drive pulley and the auger is thereby rotatably driven for transporting bulk material through the tube. The drive shaft is selectively adjustable for tensioning the belt and for placing the drive pulley rotational axis generally parallel with the driven pulley rotational axis.

    Abstract: Stake pocket formations are secured to a cargo bed frame of a land vehicle such as trailers and flatbed trucks for removably supporting sidewall supporting members. The formations include sidewalls secured to and projecting from the frame and an end wall extending between the sidewalls. An opening extends through the end wall and is adapted to receive the terminal end of a J-hook therethrough. The J-hook is secured to the formation by inserting the terminal end thereof into the pocket placing an upper edge of the end wall into the J-hook gap and rolling/rotating the J-hook thereby inserting the terminal end into the opening. The J-hook cannot be removed from the pocket unless it is rolled/rotated in the opposite direction. While within the stake pocket and without strap tension, the J-hook abuts the trailer frame and formation end wall and is, thereby, maintained within the pocket.

    Abstract: A process of cutting monofilament line using a cutting tool including a tool body having a cavity for insertion of a bent portion of the monofilament line. A cutting blade is provided in the cavity and a pair of opposing walls in the cavity are located generally parallel to and on either side of the cutting blade. For cutting, the monofilament line is bent into a U-shape portion which is inserted into the cavity with the legs of the U-shape portion adjacent the respective opposing walls, thereby placing the outer exterior surface of the monofilament line at the bottom of the U-shape portion in tension and the inner exterior surface of the bottom of the U-shape portion in compression. As the U-shaped portion is inserted into the cavity, the outer exterior surface at the bottom of the U-shape portion is placed against the cutting blade thereby cutting the monofilament line.

    Abstract: A trimmer rack for selectively supporting grass trimmers on a trailer. The trimmer rack includes two support members. Bracket members are attached to one of the support members so as to retain and support one end of the trimmers. Trimmer rack mechanisms are provided on the other support member for selectively supporting and lockingly retaining the other end of the trimmers. The trimmer rack mechanisms include a hook member attached to the support member and a pivot arm selectively pivotable thereover between closed and open positions. A lock mechanism is provided for selectively locking the pivot arm in its closed position. An abutment wall is selectively attached to the hook member and is adjustable for increasing and decreasing the trimmer retaining area.
