  • Patent number: 8528437
Abstract: In a ball screw apparatus according to the present invention, a ball guide path 19 for guiding a ball 15 scooped up in a tangential direction of a ball center track circle to a ball return path 17 is formed between a ball guide face 182 of a ball circulating member 18 and a ball guide path forming face 20 that is provided at a nut 12. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a ball screw apparatus capable of scooping up a ball in a tangential direction of a ball center track circle to circulate without reducing a diameter of the ball even when a groove interval of a ball screw groove is narrow or when the ball screw groove is a multistreak screw groove.

  • Patent number: 7591205
Abstract: A ball screw includes a screw shaft 1, a nut 2 screwed to the screw shaft 1 via balls 3 rollably charged to a ball rolling path 5 in a spiral shape, a ball return path 6 for circulating the ball 3 by delivering the ball 3 from an end point to a start point of the ball rolling path 5, and ball guide member 10 for guiding the ball 3 between the ball rolling path 5 and the ball return path 6. The ball guide member 10 is fitted to a recess portion 15 provided at an end face of the nut 2. An outer edge portion 20a of a fixing member 20 is inserted into a groove portion 16 formed at an inner face of the recess portion 15, so that the fixing member 20 fixes the ball guide member 10 to the nut 2.

  • Patent number: 7578619
Abstract: A linear guide has an under seal which is arranged on an under surface of a slider main body along an axial direction, has an axial end portion held by an end cap, comes in slide contact with a guide rail, and seals the under surface of the slider main body. In the linear guide, the under seal has an elastic lip portion, in a portion of the under seal coming in contact with the slider main body, which has a length approximately equal to an axial length of the slider main body and elastically comes in contact with the slider main body.

  • Patent number: 7401978
Abstract: A linear guiding device where noise characteristics are improved by reducing traveling noise and operability of a slider body is smoothed, and where movement braking can be improved by reducing rolling body passage vibration. Crowning 24 with a curved surface having a predetermined curvature radius R is provided on an end section of a rolling body raceway groove 11 of a bearing block 24. A crowning amount C of the crowning 24 is set to a value C>Hmax greater that the value of a maximum elastic deformation amount Hmax of a rolling body B elastically deformed in a rolling body rolling path 14 by a preload or an external load. By this, even when a large load acts on a bearing block 2A or a large installation error occurs by skewing etc., the rolling body B smoothly rolls without an elastic deformation amount of the rolling body B rolling on the end section side of the rolling body raceway groove 11 becoming greater than the crowning amount C.

  • Patent number: 7301333
Abstract: An angle position detection apparatus according to the present invention includes: a unipolar resolver and a multipolar resolver installed so that reluctance is changed in synchronization with the revolution of a direct motor drive; and a select switch is used to switch between paths along which an excitation signal from a transmitter is supplied to these resolvers. When the supply path for the excitation signal is changed by the select switch, at the least, the unipolar resolver and the multipolar resolver are not excited at the same time, so that magnetic flux leaking from one resolver does not electrically interfere with the other resolver. Therefore, the unipolar resolver and the multipolar resolver 30 can be arranged so they are near each other, and the size and the thickness of the angle detection apparatus can be reduced.
