The cover unit includes a first movement guide and a second movement guide formed with movement paths and a guide frame unit that is disposed on the cover unit, respectively, and connected to each other, and sliding and moving along a guide rail provided on the mounting plate. AN angle adjustment unit has a mounting angle that is adjusted as the guide frame unit slides and moves and is coupled to be engaged with the guide frame unit. A handle unit is rotatably coupled to the guide frame unit, and has a drawn-out location and a drawn-out angle that is adjusted step by step by moving along the movement path to allow the angle adjustment unit to be selectively engaged with the guide frame unit.

Abstract: Disclosed are a polyurethane foam composition for sound-absorbing materials, a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam and a polyurethane foam manufactured using the method. Particularly, disclosed are a composition containing a polyol mixture including a polyol and an additive, and isocyanate, and the manufacture of a low-density polyurethane foam for sound-absorbing materials, which is imparted with improved appearance formability, reduced smell and enhanced sound absorption performance by controlling the content of the composition and the conditions for foaming the composition.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an air conditioning device for a vehicle. The air conditioning device includes an air conditioning unit disposed in at least one of front or rear of the vehicle. The air conditioning device further includes a duct unit blowing air of the air conditioning unit into an interior and extending inside of at least one of a front pillar or a rear pillar. The air conditioning device further includes a vent unit communicating with the duct unit through a connecting duct and selectively opening and closing a discharge path of at least one of a main path, a first path, or a second path so as to discharge the blown air to a side of a roof frame.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for mounting interior parts of a vehicle. The device includes: a base plate for a sun visor pivot arm; a clip to mount the base plate on a vehicle body panel by a rotation of a lever and a forward movement of a clip fastening/removal bar. In particular, the clip can be automatically removed from the vehicle body panel by a reverse rotation of the lever and a backward movement of the clip fastening/removal bar, thereby allowing easy installation and removal of interior parts such as the sun visor.

The fixing clip is assembled in a body with the interior part via a headlining by a screw and is fixed to a mounting bracket provided in a vehicle body.
