Abstract: A platform screen door system (11) for railway stations, comprising: a set of uprights (13) defining a plurality of gates therebetween; a horizontal beam (17) associated with the top of said uprights (13); a set of sliding doors (15) arranged between said uprights (13) so as to close said gates, said sliding doors being horizontally slidable relative to said uprights so as to define a corresponding passageway (P) in said gates.

Abstract: A device is provided for opening and closing a door (5) in a doorway (7) of a structure (9) in a railway or bus car comprising an upper ejection assembly, a lower ejection assembly and a translation assembly, the upper ejection assembly further comprising a translation slide bar. The upper and lower ejection assemblies comprise rotation arms (1, 11) joined at one side to the fixed structure (9) by hinges (13) mounted through curved slots on respective brackets (15), and at the other side to a frame which is integral with the door (5). A slide bar (37) passes through the doorway (7) and is pivoted at one end to a movable end of the upper arm (1), and at the other end to a fixed bracket (47) on the other side of the doorway (7).
Abstract: An apparatus for opening and closing ejecting doors on railway and tramway vehicles includes a motion transmission and ejection control assembly and a wing translation, drive and support assembly. The motion transmission and ejection control assembly functions to guide and forcibly shift the doors between their open and closed positions. Upon disablement of the motion transmission and ejection control assembly or an emergency, the wing translation, drive and support assembly permits the doors to be shifted to a partially open position wherein the doors can be manually opened.
