Abstract: A dredge profile computer for a cutter suction dredge converting the measured swing angle into the width of the cut in feet and the measured cutter-ladder angle to the depth of the cut in feet, being provided with an indicating unit to show the position of the cutter head with respect to a planar profile, and with a signalling unit to indicate the position of the cutter head by means of signalling lamps with respect to the centerline and with respect to the end of cut SB and PS, and with an adjustment and control unit presetting of warning and correction facilities.
