    Abstract: An acoustic monitoring system and method for the health status of an offshore wind turbine and an ocean wave are provided. The acoustic monitoring system includes a first laser transmitter, a second laser transmitter, a telephoto camera provided at a hub, a vibration detection sensor provided on a tower of a wind turbine, and four acoustic detection sensors arranged at an interval of 90° along the circumference of the tower. The first and second laser transmitters are arranged at the bottom of a nacelle of the wind turbine and emit laser lights vertically downward. The first laser transmitter, the second laser transmitter, the telephoto camera, the vibration detection sensor, and the acoustic detection sensors are connected to a data acquisition and conversion module through a transmission module. The acoustic monitoring system combines laser light detection with acoustic signal feature detection to improve stability and safety of the offshore wind turbine.

The method comprises: performing denoising preprocess on ocean spatiotemporal coupled shear profile data information obtained by a turbulence profiler; constructing a multi-layer turbulent mixing network with topological attributes, where the network includes nodes and connecting edges; and each node is formed by fusion of four physical properties: time series, scale data, energy local intermittency measure and phase; recognizing a cross-scale transfer process of the turbulent energy according to a presence state of the connecting edges in the network; and performing parametric calculation of the turbulent mixing intensity according to the topological attributes of the multi-layer turbulent mixing network. According to the method, quantitative calculation of a turbulent energy transport intensity in an observation area of a full ocean depth profile is implemented.

The present invention provides a preparation method of matrigel for 3D cell culture of shrimp by optimizing an additive proportion of matrigel. The present invention further provides a technology of separation and 3D cell culture of shrimp haemolymph cells, where shrimp haemolymph cells adhere to and grow on the surface of the matrigel in the form of a single round cell and a cell pellet/cellular spheroid, with survival and growth abilities being superior to 2D culture effects. The above technology is achieved by optimizing a formula of complete medium for shrimp cells, selecting the medium as an anticoagulant and a diluent for shrimp haemolymph cells, selecting a 3D culture method for surface-adhered growth in the matrigel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an in-situ observation system for a bottom boundary layer (BBL) over a shallow-water cohesive seabed and an arrangement method thereof. It establishes a low-cost and easy-operation hydraulic pile foundation system (2), which can ensure the piling depth to achieve the anti-settling and stability. The stainless-steel sticks are assembled freely to construct the interference-free observation unit (1). As the porous discs are used between the feet of the observation unit (1) and the top of the bottom piles, the observation system can be accurately fixed to the pile foundation. It is thus not limited by the self-weight and can integrate various instruments upon requirement. The components in this system can be easily obtained and conveniently maintained. The present disclosure has the advantages of low-cost and stability, can be widely used for long-term in-situ observation of the BBL.

    Abstract: An equipment and application method for sinkage detection and active escape of deep-sea mining vehicle, comprising: the sinkage detection and warning devices and the self-escape equipment. The sinkage detection and warning devices are installed on the left and right sides of each track of the deep-sea mining vehicle, and it monitors the contact conditions between the tracks and the sediment, and the distance from the bottom of the track to the device is measured.     Abstract: This invention discloses a model test apparatus and method for shield post-wall grouting and tube sheet uplift under high water pressure conditions, comprising main body box, tension apparatus, shield system, grouting system, ground stress loading system, water injection system, and monitoring system. The main body box comprises the shield shell system and model soil inside. The ground stress loading system and water injection system realize the simulation of the complex underground soil and muddy water environment by applying stress and water pressure to the model soil inside the main box. While the tension apparatus makes the shield shell moving forward, the grouting system injects slurry into the gap between the shield shell and the tube sheet. The integrated model test of visual shield grouting and tube sheet uplift, the real-time multi-physical field responses, and the longitudinal deformation mechanism have been realized and revealed under high water pressure conditions.

    Abstract: A synchronous single-liquid grouting slurry, its technology and application for large diameter shield engineering under water-rich, high-pressure and weak soil strata conditions, comprising raw materials: 1050-1200 parts of gold tailing, 420-480 parts of silicate cement clinker, 220-240 parts of fly ash, 45-120 parts of waste clay brick, 65-95 parts of slag, 25-45 parts of limestone tailing, 70-80 parts of steel slag, 30-45 parts of silica fume, 15-22 parts of desulfurized gypsum, and 9-15 parts of quick-setting and early-strength composite additive. The invention controls the d50, d85 and d95 of the material particles as 35-40, 42-48 and 50-55 ?m, respectively. Gold tailing with the particle size of 120-600 ?m being used as the fine aggregate, their volume fractions are 40-60%.
