Abstract: The invention relates to a highly flowable crosslinkable medical or dental composition comprising a crosslinkable compound, a polymerization initiator and a heterogeneous radiopacifier. Also described is a crosslinked polymer composition obtainable by crosslinking said highly flowable, crosslinkable medical or dental composition and the use of said highly flowable crosslinkable medical or dental composition to fill cavities or hollow structures in human or animal subjects.

Abstract: A needle assembly for endodontic procedure apparatus and a method of forming an endodontic needle are disclosed. The needle assembly comprises a connector for removably coupling the needle assembly to a handpiece, a body portion extending from the connector and providing a fluid conduit; and a polymer needle extending axially from a proximal end at the body portion to a distal tip. The tip has at least one opening, the needle has a lumen extending therethrough to define a fluid passageway from the fluid conduit of the body to the at least one opening. The needle may have a conical shape. The method may comprise providing a cylindrical preform of a first length and a first diameter and forming the cylindrical preform into a conical needle which tapers inwardly along its length.
