Abstract: A contact device includes a first plug connector, which for forming a plug contact is pluggable onto a corresponding second plug connector of a first component, and comprising at least one first abutment section, which for forming a pressure contact is pressable against a second abutment section of a second component and/or of an additional element that is connectable to the second component. At least one spring section is provided between the first plug connector and the first abutment section and/or between a fastening section of the additional element and the second abutment section. The spring section presses the two abutment sections against one another with an elastic force when the two components are electrically connected to one another. The first plug connector is designed as a push-on sleeve, so that it is pluggable onto a second plug connector, designed as a plug, of the first component.

  • Publication number: 20220343035
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for dividing a virtual three-dimensional overall model of a body into at least two virtual partial models, includes: Creating a virtual separating surface for the overall model of the body, which has a three-dimensional cell-conforming shape; Creating the overall model of the body with a lattice structure formed from a plurality of cells; and Dividing the overall model along the cell-conforming separating surface into two partial models, so that when the overall model is divided, common struts of the lattice structure, which are each part of at least one cell of one partial model and part of at least one adjacent cell of the other partial model are divided by means of the cell-conforming separating surface in such a way that the corresponding cells remain closed.

  • Publication number: 20220339864
Abstract: A method for producing a composite body from at least two partial bodies, at least one of the partial bodies being produced in an additive manufacturing process, includes exposing the at least two partial bodies to a solvent atmosphere, so that one surface of the partial body is smoothed. The at least two partial bodies are placed in the chamber in such a way that they touch at least one joining surface and that the solvent atmosphere creates a material connection between the at least two partial bodies on the at least one joining surface.

  • Patent number: 10746275
Abstract: In an actuator, which can be used, for example, for an electromotive parking brake, and the housing of which is equipped with a gear mechanism, axial and radial bracings of a worm member take place using a bearing bracket, the limbs of which, on both sides, engage the worm member from behind and reach radially beyond its shaft. As seizing protection against a wedging between the worm member and the worm wheel, the bearing bracket can be slightly displaced in the housing. For this purpose, by virtue of the restoring forces exerted by the spring elements, which are then tensioned, the bearing bracket together with the worm member is pushed axially and the worm wheel 20 is turned.

  • Patent number: 10738857
Abstract: In an actuator having a reversible motor before a step-down gear, this can be optimized kinetically, geometrically and in terms of material engineering when different step-down ratios become active according to the different torque requirement for application and for release, in a manner dependent on direction of rotation, for example of a parking brake operated by an electric motor. For this purpose, two differently dimensioned idler wheels of the step-down gears that mesh, for example, with a stepped motor pinion, act via freewheels acting in opposite directions on a common gear shaft. Depending on direction of rotation of the motor, the gear shaft thereby rotates at different rpms, delivering correspondingly different torques.

  • Patent number: 9569939
Abstract: A compact battery-free event detector having a switching element, which can be remagnetized in a bistable manner by a magnet in a sensor coil which then provides an event pulse and supplies a non-volatile memory circuit with a downstream non-volatile display, is designed to detect recurring movements by virtue of the switching element being able to be moved back and forth relative to the magnet between the activation and regeneration fields of its two poles. The manual operation of an inhalation or injection piston in a medicament dispenser can therefore be detected, in particular, and a dose of medicament, for instance, can be monitored thereby. The display is preferably created using e-paper or e-ink technology which, like the memory circuit which is operated only sporadically, obtains its energy needed to change the indication from the event pulse from the sensor coil.

  • Patent number: 9228856
Abstract: Using integrated multi-component assembly injection molding, a two-part magnetic rotational angle sensor system having high sensing accuracy is very efficiently integrally produced in a tool as a functional unit that can be directly applied, comprising a polymer-bonded permanent magnet as a passive transmitter part in the first section, which can be rotated relative to the material of the active sensor receiver part, which material is sprayed thereon and then shrunk, with the potted receiver. For this purpose, injection molding materials are used that are mutually incompatible for adhesion and lift off from one another over the mutual contact regions due to shrinkage.

  • Publication number: 20150251590
Abstract: A handle with haptically high-quality surfaces has decorative and functional symbols above, in or beneath a disc, with a corona-like emission being brought about by the end region of a light-conducting hollow cylinder along the peripheral region of said disc, continuously or intermittently circumferentially, which hollow cylinder is fed from a lighting distribution board parallel to the disc. At the same time, the hollow cylinder radiates centripetally into the peripheral region in so far as it comprises light-conducting material. Apertures representing symbols in the disc can contain fibre optic conductors, which are likewise connected to the lighting distribution board.

  • Patent number: 9108573
Abstract: An adjustment device for a carrier plate which can be pivoted about two mutually orthogonal axes and is configured to receive a motor vehicle mirror, includes one motor per axis for moving a non-rotatably and non-tiltably guided linear drive, which is in engagement via a socket with a joint ball on the carrier plate, and a funnel-shaped hub provided with a hollow shaft. A hollow spherical segment of the funnel-shaped hub engages, by spring tabs, in a depression in the form of a hollow spherical segment in the carrier plate, and a spherical segment of the carrier plate is axially elastically clamped in a hollow spherical segment of a housing for drive trains of the two linear drives, thereby locking the hollow shaft on the housing.

  • Patent number: 9061444
Abstract: In order to reduce the wall thickness of housing parts produced by means of plastic injection molding and equipped with decorative layers, such as battery covers of mobile devices, it is recommended to change to a starting material that is a fiber composite material equipped on one side with the decorative layer, from which starting material the housing part is formed in a deep drawing process. Even if a thick decorative layer the outer surface of which is highly embossed for haptic reasons is applied, the resulting wall thickness remains far below the wall thickness for a housing part that can be produced by means of injection molding. An even further reduction of the wall thickness is achieved if a fiber composite material is used as the deep drawing starting material for the shaped part, the decorative material being directly foamed or injected onto the surface of the fiber composite material.
