    Abstract: Ovens having spray systems for spraying cleaning fluid in a cooking chamber are disclosed that include a chamber drain flow path that leads to a grease drain path and a water drain path. A baffle wall in the chamber drain flow path controls the flow of fluid between the grease drain path and the water drain path. The chamber drain flow path may also have a recirculation path to return water to the spray system. Ovens having spray systems for cleaning are disclosed that include a door having a latch mechanism that automatically latches upon closure of the door and a gasket disposed between the door and an oven housing that directs water impinging upon the door back into the cooking chamber and the chamber drain flow path. The door may have an inner glass pane and an outer glass pane pivotably mounted to the inner glass pane.

    Abstract: An acrylic-polyurethane hybrid sealant composition is provided with desirable physical and mechanical properties such as superior adhesion, tensile strength, rheology and bond strength. In particular, the sealant composition of the invention is formulated with isocyanate modified acrylic polymer The composition includes an acrylic pre-polymer, an isocyante functional monomer, a triacrylate as a cross-linker, and a catalyst. A process for preparing the composition is also provided. The hybrid sealant composition is well suited for sealing and bonding requirements in fabrication of articles such as window glazing, back bedding, construction, aerospace and appliances industries. A hybrid sealant composition is provided that develops adequate adhesion and bond strength equivalent to commercially available sealants when used in sealing and bonding applications and is readily formulated to be self-leveling. Articles so fabricated using the hybrid sealant composition are also provided.

    Abstract: An ink jet print head assembly includes a carrier body, plural pistons, and a printing plate. The carrier body has an ejection side configured to face an object to be printed upon. The pistons are coupled with the carrier body. The printing plate is coupled with the ejection side of the carrier body and includes a diaphragm plate. The printing plate is configured to hold a fluid to be printed on the object on a side of the diaphragm plate that is opposite of the pistons. The printing plate includes orifices through which the fluid is ejected from the printing plate and onto the object being printed upon. The pistons are configured to actuate in ejection directions in order to engage the diaphragm plate and cause the fluid to be ejected from the orifices of the printing plate along printing directions. The ejection directions in which the pistons are actuated are transversely oriented with respect to the printing directions in which the fluid is ejected from the printing plate.
