Abstract: A first base station receives a handover trigger change from a second base station. The handover trigger change is for a handover between: at least one first beam of a first cell of the first base station; and at least one second beam of a second cell of the second base station. The handover trigger change indicates a request for a change of a handover threshold for the first base station initiating a handover from the at least one first beam to the at least one second beam. The first base station makes, based on the change of the handover threshold, a handover decision for a wireless device from the at least one first beam to the at least one second beam. The first base station transmits to the second base station, a handover request for the wireless device.
