    Abstract: The invention relates to oil production equipment and can be used for actuating submersible downhole plunger pumps in the operation of marginal wells. A drive of a downhole pump comprises a housing, a submersible electric motor with a protector, the drive shaft of which is coupled to the screw of a ball screw actuator that is movably coupled to the housing and is coupled to a rod which is sealed inside the housing. The interior cavities of the housing are filled with oil and are in communication with an annular space of the borehole through an elastic shell. The drive shaft of the electric motor is connected to the ball screw actuator via a reverse reduction gear having a switching mechanism. The reverse reduction gear is switched only when the nut of the ball screw actuator (or of an additional ball screw actuator) arrives at its terminal positions, thus improving the operational reliability of the drive.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of pumping equipment and can be used in the oil industry in the operation of marginal wells. A pump comprises a submersible electric motor with a protector. A drive of a working pump converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion. The working pump consists of a housing, an intake valve, a delivery valve, and a bypass valve, a main cylinder, and a hollow stepped plunger, the lower step of which is connected to a rod and has a diametral size that is smaller than the diametral size of the upper step. Below the main cylinder an additional cylinder is provided which accommodates the lower step of the hollow stepped plunger. The main cylinder is not rigidly fastened inside the housing. The fact that the main cylinder is not rigidly fastened allows it to self-align relative to the hollow stepped plunger, thus preventing jamming and increasing the operating reliability and the working life of the pump.

    Abstract: The invention relates to pumping equipment and can be used in oil industry as part of submersible electric centrifugal pump units. Device for prevention of turbine rotation consists of interconnected head and base, inside of which two shafts are installed on bearing supports—upper and lower ones, connected to each other through a cam clutch with the possibility of free running in the circumferential direction. The overrunning clutch is installed in the head, providing torque transmission in the forward direction from the lower shaft to the upper one and preventing reverse rotation of the upper shaft. The overrunning clutch is connected with the upper shaft via a coupling clutch, movable part of which is mounted on the upper shaft with possibility of axial movement, and stationary part is rigidly connected to the overrunning clutch.

    Abstract: The invention relates to petroleum engineering, and more particularly to the design of a check valve that can be used in conjunction with downhole sucker-rod pumps or electric centrifugal pumps primarily intended for pumping fluids with a high solid particle content. A ball check valve comprises: a hollow cylindrical housing having an internal annular protrusion; a valve pair mounted inside said housing and being in the form of an annular seat and a ball locking member; and a means for limiting the movement of the closure member, which is in the form of a cage with through holes for fluid flow. Between the seat and the cage there is mounted an annular elastic member, the inner diameter of which is not greater than the diameter of the ball locking member. The annular elastic element performs a dual function: when closing the valve provides additional pressing of the ball locking element to the seat due to the arising elastic forces; and provides additional sealing.
