Abstract: Method for renewal or rehabilitation of water supply pipelines without the need for excavation of the pipes or associated side inlets, manholes, etc., wherein plug arrangements are installed in side inlets, a flexible hose applied with adhesive is threaded into the water supply pipeline, and certain pressure is maintained for a predetermined period of time in order to get the adhesive material hardened and the hose glued to the inner pipe wall, and wherein the mounted plug arrangements are removed. A special plug arrangement for use in said method is also provided.
