Abstract: A seat and storage system is provided that can be used for fishing in various circumstances, including in water that is located remotely and/or located next to uneven or highly sloped ground. The seat and storage system is designed to combine seating with adaptable integrated storage units in a single multi-purpose unit that can be carried against a person's back by utilizing adjustable shoulder straps. In addition, a drop bag can be placed inside the unit when it is in an open state and the drop bag can be used to hold bait, the catch, or a variety of other items.
